As a Staker whale, I totally support the idea to give chance to newcomers. In return, they should truly support the project as showing their appreciation. Cheers. 
Staker support can come in many ways, such as buying some tokens to avoid dump or writing some asset or even trying to mine and understanding how this works in ETH, it could be something else with some things accepting STR tokens.
