And I believe, I don't think this project will go somewhere. Checked this project previously and up until now, no major developments on this thread.
A 3-page whitepaper? Common, it's like the flyer of a product that the sales guy is handing you upon entering a mall. 
You are about to get huge money here, if successfully launched. So better create a more detailed and substantial wp.

I don't understand those users who are saying this is a great project, where there's really nothing in it.
