You cannot win gambling when you don't have a self discipline, a self control. In one game you just have to be a formal Player to get the best move. If you have it all I'm sure people get luck every turns to wins.
In my opinion, in gambling there is never a clear consistency so I agree with you that it's particularly hard to win in gambling without self discipline.
So you are saying that if a gambler, let's say I am a gambler and I have a discipline I can win in gambling? I don't know about that.
I do gamble myself and I can descipline myself, from stopping immediately on gambling to prioritizing my tine into something more important but I don't really win a lot of my gambling sessions. Even if we have a discipline to ourselves, we will not be able to win our gambling because it is not really based on that. It is based on our luck, or on our skill or knowledge of that certain game.
Both of you are correct there is no specific the best answer for this. To the fact that if you can win the game and you have the discipline to yourself then you can make a profit. Why? Because if you win in the gambling even just a small amount, then stop gambling forever, you will never lose it again. However, the other players are greedy instead they already won they still continue to play until they lose it all.
