I also have joined some ICOs projects but I still have not gotten profit because most of them are dumped. I am still waiting for the recover of the market. Anyway, I still  feel lucky because there is no scam because before investing, I must check the team carefully. Even your projects are good or not, if their team has experience and knowledge well, they can help the project ICO successfully
