As far as I know, it took 3-4 months before the market turns green after the bitcoin halving in 2016. So if history repeats itself then perhaps 2020 will be the year wherein we might see another 2017 in the making.
But then again, this is crypto ecosystem, past performance doesn't mean future success so its hard to say what will be the price in the next 2 years or so.

If that crypto currency prices will be going to moon then it will happens much faster than the history like 2020 or in late 2019 since the growth is getting much faster and faster so the path of the prices will also move much faster but still we have time to buy the crypto currencies before it reaching much expensive prices.But then again, this is crypto ecosystem, past performance doesn't mean future success so its hard to say what will be the price in the next 2 years or so.
