Hindi naman mandatory na gumawa ng topic ang kahit na sino dito sa forum. Kung mapapansin mo, madalas yung mga may matataas na rank, sumasagot na lamang sa mga posts, especially kung may mga katanungan yung mga newbies o may gusto linawin. Those who came before us already did their part, answering countless of inquiries ng mga baguhan dito sa forum. Think about it, at the current forum state, kung sila (yung mga high-ranking members) pa mismo gagawa ng mga guides/topic, those merits will go to them, newbies and low ranking members will have no chance to increase their ranks since wala na silang pwedeng gawing guides or any interesting topics. The way I see it, nagpapa-ubaya ang mga high ranking member dito to the lower rank members para at least hindi sa kanila mapunta yung merits. 
Also, I think, there's already lots of guides/interesting topics in other sections of this forum and I don't see any reason na i-translate pa natin ito into Filipino since most Filipino's can basically understand English. 
mostly kasi ng nakikita ko sa local thread is drama.wala nako natututunan talaga!so im expecting ung mga higher rank members sa local is magpost ng makabuluhan,makatotohanan yung something na makakatulong ang give idea sa mga tao..sa ngayon kasi may iilan nmn pero halos mas madame padin ung prang ngdadrama lang.
