By the end of the year, they are also taking steps to remove margin and lending products for US-based customers.

Is it possible that you cant buy factoids anymore in the near future?
Would be funny when i can store my factoids on ledger but not send them to a exchange

i have been worried about FCT lately , peed off with its lack of anything decent to shout about in regards to upward price moves , lost confidence etc , HOWEVER , more upbeat last few days , did some digging around to try to restore my faith and to some degree the info i gleaned did restore it , i think we just have to wait and see if FCT proves itself , and if investors are willing to part with BTC to buy it on the exchanges.
The thing that struck me about FCT recently is that the team have connections to business and governments which eases the transition of a tech like Factom , USA gov are already using it , China too apparently in a smart city ( not sure what thats about )
FCT could be similar to ETH , no movement , then bang up she goes and very fast , im just waiting now , all i can do
