I checked his post history, he seem to be spamming on ANN threads as well. He should get at least a warning/temp ban for this right? or am i missing something?

I think this user need to be banned permanently for plagiarized his own post,since thse kind of users already recived before.So we can also try posting his replies in the threads like these
