The current market is not good indeed, but actually when the market is not good, it means you can buy the coins with very cheap price.
But most peoples afraid to buy because the market still can falling at any time later. I think the strategy is waiting for a turning point, where the market turned to a good market, when the turning has started, then it is the time to buy.
