Of course, they are not allowed to do so. It's just that they are "risky" and "heady" people that even though they know very well that it is forbidden to do so, they still do. They are altogether cancer of this forum, who ruined the very purpose of providing quality information about crypto and not just some nasty, scrappy posts.
