Do not get offended. These are my observations.
- You were doing payments for social bounties and on the 25th of September, you are gone. No activity here. No announcements: We are not connected
- Daily volume was decent with regards to BTB till September 30th with a steady increase then suddenly went down to 769 USD. After you showed up yesterday now it is above 5k USD again: I thought you've left when I saw the volume decreased.

- I had a trading issue with support ticket #48, still processing. You have acted very quickly to respond. This was great. Besides, the exchange is new and there might be issues with it. I understand. However, I think quality assurance needs to be better before letting anyone use the exchange features. It has been 10 days now and still no response for that one: Losing funds without user mistake left unsolved.
- I have submitted translations on September 13th, but still got no payment from your side: I thought you've left
- I have been checking on this thread daily and observed that complaints left unattended.
- I saw exchange related issues of other users are not attended by the support team.
There are many scam projects around and I don't want my efforts (I have written articles about Bitibu and those are positive ones + made translations) to cause people to invest in scam projects. So I am always afraid that the projects I support would happen to be scam. Above experiences of mine didn't feel right. I am sure you would feel similar things if you were us.
I have been in crypto space for 16 months now and I know that user/supporter (community) management is very important. This is one of your improvement points.
