Yeah you are right, till date I also didnt see any newbie joining bounty campaigns. They should first upgrade their rank and when they become legible then they should join bounty campaigns, but they should also keep in mind that earnings in bounty campaigns are not guaranteed. You will be very lucky if after listing in exchange, they give you money for your work.
