Working with coaches and education level system

Within the JUNO project we have developed a special ERP education system that is based on integrated software for academies with unique features. It allows us to remotely track and control all our academies and create a virtual education environment with gamification elements, accessed with a smartphone. The system collects and spreads information between all of its participants – business owners, administrators, coaches and parents.

Over the course of our work we have collected a huge amount of data that includes over 1500 business management instructions and children education methodology as well as over 300 hours of educational video. For information to be processed better it is uniformly segmented into sequential parts. We have arranged information into several educational levels and each coach, local partner or manager that connects to our ERP system must study a certain amount of material and complete a test. If the test is successfully completed, the user receives access to the next educational level. For every test and educational level system participants receive points to their rating, as shown in their profile, opening up new opportunities for them.

If a coach fails the tests systematically and does not increase his or her educational level, they receive a notification to do so. However, if the notification is ignored and is not complied with, it is forwarded to the local partner and on to the branch manager.
