If Twitter posts and re-tweets are anything to go by it looks like a little over 400 people will likely be eligible for AD18,

Twitter is an indicator and unfortunately there are participants that forget to retweet every week. However, if you are in the Proof Of Vote Club, the retweets are not a requirement. So its very likely that there will be more people accepted than the retweet numbers indicated on twitter
