Hello guys please can we share our views on how to handle one emotions better especially when crypto market goes up and down to avoid selling token cheaply. 
The most important thing to keep calm when the market goes down is that you should put absolute trust in the altcoin you invested. That is the only thing that will make you not worry when the market goes down. I have tried that way and they are very effective.
