Hello, in my opinion it is not ASICs or big players. The hashrate increase is exactly on schedule since ZEC and ETH have ASCIs, the rising difficulty makes GPU mining no longer profitable, those with mining rigs who will not sell look for another GPU coin, monero and bitcoin gold are the highest marketcap coins that I am aware of.

Our hashrate is growing nicely since the July 3 hardfork and I do not consider our recent hashrate gains abnormal at all.
