1. It was possible few years ago. But then Bitcoin price was much lower and faucets were monetized by Google Adsense. Well, now it's still possible, but only theorically - you need to have thousands of active referrals.
2. I also would like to hear names of such generous faucets. But it doesn't exist unfortunately.
