No, I think this can not be considered work! Firstly, the crypto-currency market is extremely unstable and you can not be sure whether you will have this work tomorrow. In my opinion it is better to find a job that brings you joy, and bounty to use as a hobby.
But in my opinion a job as a Bounty hunter is very promising and different from other jobs. my experience as a gift hunter from last year until now has been enough to give an economic change to my life. So if the hobby can produce something like money, why not do it seriously?
