Here , I am with simple question but bit complicated for me understand that why I am asking .
Recently I joined a signature campaign and there OP  says our campaign starts on 18:00 Eastern Time (New York), Sunday
Now here I am in confusion that , at which particular time and day campaign will start  w.r.t forum time which is which is default time of this forum  during the time of post this thread .
