You are correct. But ICO has many stages (rounds).
The team can run ICO after MVP, but it doesn't mean that MVP will come out earlier. It means that ICO will start later
Another update about the roadmap, as i see it now, according to information from Nikolay:

That make sense, otherwise you loose any advantage coming from the mvp.
So how much ehealth first raised so far. And did they get the soft cap? I hope the soft cap isn't an issue anymore.
I think is not, but some investors wanted to see the mvp before giving the cash out, so part of it is tied up so to speak.
