In my opinion it is not possible. How the price will reach to $20000 tomorrow? There is a huge difference between the price of today and $20000. It will take long time, but I am sure that it will reach to that point in the long run. The market today is red and demand for bitcoin is very low because of the loses made by investors. Now they are ambiguous to invest or not.
