Current year has been bit worst for crypto coins. Apart from values, we have ICOs in the market with best projects. So what happened is the investment spill over too many ICOs and thus bitcoin value remained below $6.5K . This is another reason for all altcoins values remain under a threshold. Hope we have more investors pitch in investing into bitcoin.
The main reason why Bitcoin is down is because the whales are out and have withdrawn their money. Its left for them to choose when the price will start to increase and thats whenever they ate ready to do so. I believe they are waiting for the price to fall even below thus current rate before they push for another bull run, probably because of the ETF.
