Theymos created the Legendary rank a few years ago I believe, but can't say for certain about all the others. I wonder if we'll ever get Lamborghini Member  ? We're going to need another rank above Legendary eventually (if we don't already). Not sure what it should be called, but others have suggested some titles somewhere. I think the new rank should require a very high level of activity just so it sets you apart from everyone else and so that rank doesn't become too common like Legendary has now.
