Real estate will be what takes bitcoin to another level the reason being
its where people invest there life's worth so there is power in numbers
if you can get the construction and real-estate connected with bitcoin
the N factor would not allow people to let bitcoin be tampered with...

With the volatility and unpredictability of bitcoin's value I doubt that investors would take risk in this venture. Maybe when the time that bitcoin's value will be more stable then there's a room for this idea to be realized. Bitcoin as one of the best applications of the blockchain technology and I do believe that this cryptocurrency will never be deemed as a currency but only best a store of value.
