I searched some on ICO listing cites, but it seems a lot of them are paid to be rated high. Some coins have only 100+ members on Telegram...

A good ICO to buy into would be ELQYD Ico which I am currently participating in their bounty. they have a good team and they are servicing a fast growing niche will will be bigger as time passes. You would not regret investing in the coin. also you might want to look investing into eloncity, don't know if their ico is done yet but they are a good one.
