First of all I am not the one spamming the same prints and message over and over again and ignoring 50% of what I say to you.
You do realize you cant create a new premine address right ? Its just a new address and as I think you can see in the picture it had 1.8 million now has 1.9 million so if we were taking from the premine I dont think we would be adding funds to it. We made one address to make it very clear that we are not staking it.
It very clear you lack a lot of knowledge in blockchain technology and maybe you need to do a bit more research
