Unfortunately if the withdrawal is under processing status we can't cancel it.

No way to cancel any withdraw now. I can provide screenshot from resolution center. I already try this on 07.09.2018.

If you did own mistake and don't check account history before withdraw you must pay for mistake. Paypal balance 0 now.
