I remember it being 30 days from when you handed out the Smerit.
They don't come in a lump sum, so if you handed out 5 one day and 10 the next . 30 days from the first day you would be topped up with 5, and the following day you would receive another 10.

Lol, I can't remember where I read what I read either. I think it was Jet Cash who posted it in a thread or something.
I think it was them or VOD, but it was early on probably first month or so.
