Its depends of how much you have and how much you want to get every month / year income. If you have a good money you can buy a real-estate and rent out.
My plans for the next 5years especially in the field of Finance is that to have my own business in where it has the stability to provide the needs of my family in order for us to live without working in a private sector business.
