That's what I found too, a few hundred millions short of 1 billion. lolDomain is whois privacy protected.
Their website is 4 months old, and only one year is paid. Guess they don't have any other plans past ICO 
I don't know if you are only boasting, misleading us or what.
Likely a bounty hunter who hopes to be paid and not left dry behind.
