I think the market is trying to return but somehow I think it is too difficult to rise and make a new highest price because every coin has at the floor price so they need to increase step by step except there are many people that interesting with the coin and make a lot of buys
what we need is new capital entering the market like last time. in december it was common people like you and me trying to ride the crypto wave to wealth. now its gonna have to be institutions because 95% of 'normal' people think its all a bubble. They'll come back when the market hits 500 billion again
