I think the next major ICO is Azbit. Roger Ver is an Advisor to this project. This will be the reason for collecting the entire amount.
Back in 2016 and 2017, the companies ico were better and less dangerous than today. Today, the company's ico market is full of scammers and bad projects. This is very scaring investors.
