I think we are at the end of bearish conditions. I don't say the bullish market is near or at the beginning of 2019 all-time high is coming. The volatility and the volume are decreasing since 20k, we have 3 higher lows. This shows us (even 5k or lower is still possible) the probability of new uptrend is higher than the continuation of this downward trend.
