This is not a very good time to invest in an ICO to me at all, because when as you purported sales value are fixed in some projects against ETH that is seriously at Dip. This is therefore a great loss on the investor's part. So, it is advisable to acquire laudable coins instead of ICO  investment that is detrimental.
