I have seen many Altcoins and ICOs advertisements that are still in the pages of Facebook and Twitter so i guess they did not really ban it that in fact FB and Twitter campaigns are much alive so i guess  that as long as you will pay their advertising services then they will not ban all Crypto currencies related advertisements. Business as usual then.
