Page 29 might more relevant to the question, but it's just a short explanation related to PoS nor MN. I doubt for a small number of tokens. There should be a minimum number of tokens to keep.
There is already an information about that on page 28. You are looking for how many tokens should be kept if you wanted to become a Premium member or something like that, isn't it?
