The good time to invest into any assets including cryptocurrencies is when the price is down and the right time to also invest is when the price is ,at time like this when we are having uncertainty in the market.  Those that can summon courage and invest now are going to make some good money in some days or months to come.  This has happened several time and it is going to repeat itself again.
