Yes, once your contracts have expired you can always request a manual withdrawal by contacting our tech support, even if your balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal limit.
I contacted technical support I was told that contracts did not return you can only transfer the account to another participant.
Now that the rules have changed? I just want my money back.
I am not quite sure what you meant by that. Have all of your contracts already expire? Tech support should have explained everything concerning your issue in detail.
