I think it's not like that. This depends on how everyone thinks about it. I think poor people are not smart. Poor people are not as lucky as rich people. Even rich people are stupid because they think they are rich. Maybe this is hard to understand but that's what I think. And don't distinguish everyone like that.
Some poor people dont have an opportunity like what rich people get. I think Poor people not a stupid person but they dont get a proper education. But it is true that stupidity close to poverty and thats why education very important
Sometimes poverty is definitely because a person is very stupid and also lazy, I have watch life stories of people who were born in the abject poverty and due to their desire to live a better life made sure that they came out of poverty and are currently living wonderful lives.Education and opportunities matters though but determination precede them all.
