. That is true in most economic areas, but particularly in "islands" such as New Zealand and Australia. There are quite a few limitations on fresh meat, fish...Not to mention a ridiculous amount of it´s total population in prison. Roughly 1%, that is more than 2 million people. Not to mention another staggering 4 million in probation.
