Most likely, as the project has yet no final stage therefore there are some mistakes, I think, after your notification the developer will correct it.

They need to solve this clearly and fastly. This is a serious problem in which people can get into the blockchain and hack.

If they can't even fix their smart contract then you should probably hold off buying the token, this is a glaring bug that should have been fixed BEFORE the ICO

I don't think this is big problem at now, anyway, they can change smart contract for avoiding error like above.

How about any check list where they can do validate every step of action and follow all the instructions more over this shows there is a miss and not having a proper validation that lead an issue now with the contract details which requires an immediate involvement of the developers and the right fix.
