If you REALLY want some answers, as luizxind suggested: go ask the live support... or post your questions on the site's official forum...or better yet; go talk to the site's admin on the site's chat (he answers PM's whenever he is online). The official account of the site here was banned a few months ago, and i believe it might still be currently banned, so you might be unable to get any answer directly from the site's owner here. So...maybe instead of posting your questions over and over on this thread with no sign of an answer..maybe try asking them ON the site first.

Not a good sign to know the official account of Luckygames was banned a few months ago. So this is not an official thread? They seem to be posting here by getting there messages across because the OP is user "luckygames" and seems to their promoter here.
Anyway, I might take your advice and contact the site admin on their site. Thanks
