I did research but I wanted to get information from other people and then made a decision. I guess I have a different understanding of what a forum is.
Yes Altcoin is totally worth to buy. Altcoin like Ethereum, Litecoin make an impressive progress on cryptocurrency market. And these coin are heavily accepted for various market purposes like trading, shopping or for paying rentals, EMIs etc. Altcoin are accepted by many multimillion companies for their business and for various projects and this thing help to increase their market popularity and this thing ultimately safe their future too. Ethereum market price and stability is good for investment purposes where as litecoin is good for transaction purposes. So i thing they are worth for buying.
In general I would not say, because if we say altcoins we are talking of all coins except bitcoin.
We know that during that ICO there are also lots of scams and they exist in the market now, with this big competition and buyers
are more educated now, only a certain percent will survive and that is good because when scams will die it's gonna be a progressive market.
