I've filled the online claim but what a joke when I saw that I only have 0,003$ and 0,5 and 0 BTC on the account, as it is written it's the result of investigation ... WTF ?

This is huge amount of money. Hire an advocat and pursue this.
Don't wait them to give your money back, act on this.
