It's a good concern, but many people on here have built with wood. As far as I know, nobody has had a problem. The GPUs will stop functioning around 100c, well below the combustion point of wood:

The GPU stops working at 100c, but the voltage running all through that wood frame don't give a damn.

I'd be more worried about that setup breaking and dropping 5 grand on top of another 5 grand of hardware before I was worried about fire, though.
