Firstly i dont think 99 of ico is scam. Maybe you can say 20 percentage of scam or 40 percentage but not 99 .
People creating scam icos because icos are the best and fastest way to collect money with hype .
They are paying some ico influencers millions of dollars so they can easily reach 30 million dollar marketcap.
Because of that some people prefer doing scam icos. But i think that is really wrong thing.. And at the end of that they will be punished from
goverments. I hate scammers. They are trying to steal our hard earned money. we need to be careful. thank you.
