How much does it cost to encrypt a note in tokens? and where does the SEC go?

if you mean what happens to token after paid for note - it is burned.

how I can see the proof that token was burned after payment ?

I looked at the code.
It shows that tokens (SEC) for "adding notes" are deducted from balance without a transaction = Total Suplay decreases.

i.e. Dev doesn't receive back all paid tokens for enrcyption
