The price of bitcoin does not change to much these days. It is stable. And it is not important when you will buy it: now or later. More important to buy it before pump.
Do you know when the pump will be? I like advises like this, can give you one more: buy on bottom and sell on peak. 
If seriously, no matter when to buy if you believe in bitcoin and use it not for speculations only.
