Somebody other can, but this is not the way of cryptocurrency and I doubt pools will accept this change.

You got a point there. But i am not getting to happy with this idea. I am not sure if anyone (including) a exchange would take e-token up again. With this history. No idea.
I think it`s worth a try. If it`s worthless with trying or without doesn`t make a big difference then.
And we delete "just" the rest of the premine.
So we make out of a 15% premine coin which was accepted by exchanges a 3% or whatever (haven`t calculated it) premine coin.
If this whole process is transparent i think it could work.
