A very likely scenario. Big players will not miss their advantage, now smart people accumulate Eth as much as they can. A reward of 2 Eth for finding a block will increase the price.
if that happens then obviously eth price will increase. because miner will get less reward for finding a block with same cost so they will sell them at high price or hold the reward.
many developments will be implement on eth in future. and scaling is the big thing.
right now eth price is cheap while market down. should have collect more

There is still a price upheaval to this day, now it may still be an expensive price for the ETH, but in the next few months it will definitely go down again if the bitcoin price is still flat until the next week.
